Good Post Memo! The first impression is the most important

In our department we are creating an application, it’s a simple web application that is built using the Twitter Bootstrap framework for the frontend using the version that uses LESS because it optimizes the use of stylesheets. We use Python / Django for the backend and has a very simple database too.

The requirement began with something casual, a talk where we discovered the need to solve a problem and then this project was born.  After one interview where the requirements were taken and then we got the first MVP. We quickly iterated to have a simple app to serve as a POC/demo.

The MVP was simple, a few points as key objectives and even had a presentation that served as sort of Mockup, from that we take the general idea of the UI.
