Windows 2012R2 on KVM

Not a fan. Some app requires windows though. I want to stay with KVM on Centos. Then @hballesteros and I figured (after some saint google search) to install windows loading the virtio drives from a cdrom iso over the setup process. 1. First of all you need to have the iso media (cdrom) and download it at your KVM (i.e. evaluation version at https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/evalcenter/evaluate-windows-server-2012-r2). Rename … Continue reading Windows 2012R2 on KVM

#ansible and #python pexpect for unconventional ssh interfaces

Eating some ansible last months. Love the way it works. However, when you need to deal with some appliances using unconventional ssh interfaces. Well, It’s been quite a challenge. Then, I started to create my own python tool for those cases. The victim is VSC (Nuage Virtualized Services Controller). The secret weapon of Nuage SDN. It’s a pretty nice piece of software encapsulating the famous … Continue reading #ansible and #python pexpect for unconventional ssh interfaces
